Been using ARC & USA Appliance Repair (805.777.7767) the one located at 5904 Woodman Ave, Van Nuys, CA 91401 for 20-yrs to repair my home appliances; refrigerator, AC and furnace today! Very knowledgeable and experienced service techs that get the right repair parts to keep my appliances going! Greg S. Charge too much and no customer relationship. Wont recommend this company. Not a happy customer If I could give it lower than a one star rating I would. Stay away from this company! On Aug 9 I contacted them because I had left my Subzero door open and it was warm. I was given a next day AM appt. I left the door closed overnight and it was then maintaining a normal temperature. The technician, Michael, arrived at 10:15a on Aug 10. I explained the situation to him, and told him that the temperature seemed to be fine now but since he was there I asked him to evaluate it. After only a cursory glance, Michael stated that the drain line needed clearing and charged $195 for the repair. All that he did was to blow air into the drain line, which took less than five min. I asked him to do other things since he was charging me so much, but he said nothing else was needed, as cleaning the compressor. My subzero is working the same now as it was before Michael performed any repair work. I believe he just wanted to charge something. I have contacted customer service via telephone, email, and via USPS letter. I have yet to receive a response
