Great compensation and greatest benefits iv ever had as a type 1 diabetic and employee. The work is common knowledge and it repetitive. The people can be 50/50. You either hate or like the people you work with. Overall it is a good place to work for The teacher tells the student and the student tells the teacher just make it a point to be a little of both! Robotic Factory Worker (Former Employee) - West Jefferson, OH - July 5, 2021 Very difficult in the beginning but as I caught on and the light came on I learned to balance my schedule to have trust and human dignity to accept life more of a daily revolving challenge freeing me from the daily duldrums and just stuff instead live life freer and calmer And more balanced and rewarded by achievement and success. Dont work here unless you enjoy working with stuck up management Maintenance Technician Team Leader (Current Employee) - Columbus, OH - May 26, 2021 I've been a maintenance tech here for 3 years and it's amazing how my outlook on the company has changed so quickly from when I first started. I didn't really notice some of the issues in the first year I was enjoying all the overtime. Then i started to see more and more how bad it was. Replacement parts for stuff we don't need or not often are plenty but stuff we do need are scarce or approval of it is fought for with purchasing approval by the executive vice president who should never be employed anywhere else. Equipment is aging yet somehow getting replacement parts for some of it is that difficult. Half the production management staff, if not a 1/3 of it has no idea what they are doing half the time. They make people team leaders who couldn't do anything on line and make things worse as team leaders. Some of the managers are stuck up and believe they are right no matter what (shocker right?). There is an entire shelf in the spare parts room that Is dedicated to obsolete equipment the executive vice president refuses to get rid of unless he can get the same price he paid for them which is the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. As with other companies when something happens its always someone else's fault. They essentially reward people who let bad parts get through by doing next to nothing about it. Some of the team leaders have been given raises over several years just for being there and a few are lazy and know absolutely nothing about their job and I have to babysit them.
