I think I would prefer to work on the MPHI campus. MPHI is a respected organization with a solid reputation. Disappointed in Company Culture Research Assistant (Former Employee) - Lansing, MI - October 7, 2018 I felt very left out and ganged up on; as a result, my work ethic declined. I didn't feel as though I was being understood or supported. There were apparent cliques.
